The Psychology Behind The DriveTest™
The DriveTest™ consists of 104 questions and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. The DriveTest™ questions use a Forced-Choice format, which requires the sales candidate to choose which statement is most like him/her and which statement is least like him/her. Furthermore, the candidate must choose between three options that sound equally positive, making this employment screening more difficult for someone to fake.
